Main Role / Scope of Work
You will be reporting directly to the President of the company.
You will be managing teams in Mexico and in the USA (~20 people in total).
You will be responsible to direct strategic Purchasing and Cost-Savings Initiatives among the teams.
At peak load, subcontract and equipment spend annually could reach up to 100M (would include major subcontracts in the 10s of millions in that case). Potential vendors would exceed 100 with awarded at any time line in the 30-40 range.

Minimum Requirements
Experience in that role in the industrial construction / capital equipment would be required.
Someone with at least 5 years of purchasing management experience and understanding of commercial terms and international logistics.
