Industrialization Manager

Your role will be to manage a 2024 SOP launch for a new interior program,

You will be dealing with plastic parts and assembly processes.

You will be involved in coordination a lot of team members contributing to the program.

You will be updating PFMEAs, providing a lot of reports on Excel and performing some line balancing.

Full time / onsite - Louisville, KY

You would be working for the ISAD Group and will be assisting one of our customer.

Salary will be 100kUSD or more (depending on experience).

You must come with at least 15 years of experience in a similar role.

You also must have knowledge of plastic parts and ideally interior parts.

You must be comfortable with DFMEAs

Some travels will be expected (mostly nationwide)
