Aerospace Engineering Lead

You will be leading of team between 5 and 10 engineers involved in developing technical solutions in the tooling industry. The projects will be mostly related to the aerospace industry.

You will direct the engineering concept, design and development activities of all aerospace projects ensuring on-time, in budget performance with the highest engineering quality. 

Direct Full time / Hybrid

Industrial supplier of manufacturing equipment for various sectors (auto, aerospace, ...) 

Location is in the Detroit Metro Area.

Between 130 and 180kUSD (depending on experience)

Standard benefits package including 3 weeks of PTO + car allowance.

Bachelor of Science (BS) Degree is a minimum.

You must have experience with the main actor of the aerospace sector.

You must have worked on tooling and automated equipment projects.

CAE structural analysis experience/knowledge is required.

You should have at least 10 years of experience in the engineering space.

It is a plus to be fluent in Spanish.
